Impressive Punta Cana

Everything was very clean, its staff and food, plus free wi-fi. Attentive staff were especially at the reception desk.

Had really really nice stay in see view room for half of our stay. Well-organised units with two twin single beds and fridge in the room plus a beautiful garden view, and the staff were helpful.

The hotel of choice in Punta Cana. The food at the American breakfast was outstanding! Well-organised room - bed was exceptionally comfortable. Hot drinks at beach bar, excellent service. There was a nice pool on site too.

Picturesque location, the staff were obliging. Also, the place was within walking distance of chocolate. Perfect service and a good pool onsite. Moreover, we could park our car nearby.

For a 5 star hotel everything was immaculate, I loved to be here. Met at the lobby by incredibly polite and always pleasant. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with a jacuzzi as well as a double bed.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was quick to help. Rooms were immaculate and absolutely perfect. It was a picturesque area, a great base for me.

Accommodation was nice size and beautifully kept, beds were very comfy.

Accommodating staff, fresh food. The staff did all they can for a fine stay. Cable channels, a sitting area and ironing facilities in the room and the comfortable bed. WiFi worked well throughout the property, though I had to pay $ 15 per 24 hours.

Definitely value for money and I would recommend this place. Fantastic people, abundant breakfast and spectacular location for me. There's large English bar with delicious beverages.

Breakfast was PERFECT, staff were dismissive, location was optimal. Newly furnished unit. Hotel offered snacks in the lobby. There were reliable internet and great parking available.

The hotel was lovely small and our rooms overlooked marina. Amazingly nice staff providing flawless service. Well-maintained garden and nice pool. Beautiful own beach, that was what we loved.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our nice stay here during 9 nights. Staff was loyal all this time. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like la posada de gladys that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Besides, Wi-Fi worked flawlessly.

Not to mention free parking for residents.

So glad we choose it, it's good home base for staying in Bavaro. Having climate control, a flat-screen TV and a mini fridge bar was very convenient.

this hotel had everything we needed, we loved the comfort and staff. captain cook restaurant was 15 mins walk away.

Bavaro district was worth visiting. Use free parking on site if you travel by car. 30 minutes drive to the airport. One could dine at restaurants such as La Juntadera 5 minutes away...
